The entrepreneurship Readiness Program under Great Door Library, is a program where young people can test, develop, and turn their passion into profitable ventures.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to foster ideation and nurturing the entrepreneurial edge of gap year / post secondary / under graduates of integrating both academic and the practical aspects of their chosen profession.

THE FOUNDER

Dr. Winifred K. Zizinga, an accountant by profession, an entrepreneurship trainer and  facilitator, is passionate about entrepreneurial growth among start-ups and businesses in general. She serves as the training coordinator and contract CFO with KYUSA, a youth empowerment & consulting firm supporting the growth of entrepreneurs.

She is also a certified trainer with Sinapis Uganda, in the Aspire Launchpad Program. As a facilitator, she is passionate about walking a holistic journey with her students to see them grow and blend their faith with intellect, stretch their potential, as they scale huddles along their business journey. As a coach who supports young business entrepreneurs in their early stages to keep and maintain proper accounting records, her goal is to see businesses becoming sustainable in the short and long run, with entrepreneurs defining their paths and articulating the reason why their businesses exist.

Winifred holds a BBA (Accounting) Nkumba University, MSc. ( Fin & Acc.) LSBU, UK, Doctorate in Business Education from E.A Polytechnic College, Kyambogo, and is currently pursuing a professional MBA with Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), Switzerland.
